I agree to it totally. What does a healthy mind mean to you? For me, it means to keep your whole body chakra in one straight line. Being fit is not just working out, but also checking on your food habits. How do you keep yourself healthy and fit, if you do not have a check on your food nutrients and quality? You cannot, right? Even if you are working out twice a day, unless you are eating healthy, the work out is genuinely useless.
